If you're a fan of the coconutter lotion... this is that in a lip-balm. It's super moisturizing and has a great scent. Goes on smooth and has a glossy looking finish.
The Lanolips Coconutter stick is a nice product- easy to use but I do feel it’s a bit pricey for what you get. Also the coconut smell is very subtle and disappears almost immediately. Normally I don’t go for scented balms but in this case it would be great if it lasted longer. I like the product but won’t repurchase because the price is too much for what you get and the coconut is lasting.
Has a beautifully soft and creamy texture with a nice subtle coconut scent thats not overpowering. My lips feel really nourished and hydratedcant stop using it.
Love it __
If I were to recommend the Coconutter Lanostick I would say its a hydrating, moisturising and nourishing coconut flavoured lip-balm! In saying that, the coconut is not overwhelming (or overly artificial either) and perfect if youre not a huge coconut fan, like myself. I think the product found a perfect balance of infusing coconut without making the coconut scent and integrity overwhelming!
I would give the Coconutter Lanostick a 4.5/5 as I personally have very dehydrated and dry lips (especially in winter where my eczema prone skin will affect my lips too). Some weeks I find that the only thing that will soothe my lips is the golden skin salve from Lanolips, so if I could get something just as or close to the level of hydration that the salve has would be so ideal. Obviously, since I have ridiculously dry skin this is the only reason I have marked it down by 0.5. But otherwise, I love everything about it - from the cute/aesthetic packaging, to the scent, and ending with the actual product itself!
The Lanostick Coconutter is very convenient as it is comes in tube form and is super easy to apply and carry around. Perhaps the only thing I could say is that maybe making the packaging slimmer could be a benefit? Supermarket (store bought) lip balms are in very slim tubes and I find these are a good width to be able to be put into my jean pockets if I dont carry around a bag. The lanostick can fit in some of my jean pockets but can often be a bit clunky or a bit too thick. Perhaps if there was a way to make the packaging slimmer that would be even better, but no complains here really!
I would describe it as a luscious lip balm infused with coconut! But once again would love to stress how the coconut is not overwhelming or overpowering at all!
I think the level of hydration would be between a 3-4 as someone with extremely dry lips, I tend to use the golden skin salve. This is perfect for an on the go or everyday option though as the salve can sometimes be too thick (and hard to apply since its in a tube).
Thank you so much for providing me with the opportunity to trial this product! I thoroughly love the brand and this product and would love to be considered for any future product trials!
