Delivery & Orders
Your LANO will go in a reversable LANO shipper box & will be protected by paper. Small orders will go in a soft bubble-padded envelope. Product boxes may dent a bit in the padded envelope.
Shipping partner: Please note your Lanolips order will be shipped via our warehouse partner: Glorious Logistix, and your tracking from Royal Mail will also say the parcel is coming from Glorious Logisitix.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods. Due to the COVID-19 situation, our delivery providers including Royal Mail are unfortunately experiencing delays.
United Kingdom Orders:
Free Standard Shipping for orders over £30.00
- Standard Shipping £4.00 via Royal Mail with Tracked 48 (2 working days estimate plus processing time).
- Express Shipping £5.50 via Royal Mail with Tracked 24 (1 working day estimate plus processing time).

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

Europe – These are shipping from our Netherlands Warehouse, please go to Lanolips.eu to order.
North America - These are shipping from our USA Warehouse, please go to Lanolips.com to order.
Australia and select countries including New Zealand, parts of Asia, and parts of the rest of the world. These are shipping from our Australian Warehouse, please go to Lanolips.com.au to order.
For all other countries not listed above, unfortunately we don’t yet ship to your region, we are working on it. Please sign up to our email newsletter and we’ll email you when we are live in your region.
We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. As orders are processed very quickly, please email our customer care team immediately. It may still be too late to stop the process. We'll do our best to help, but we can't cancel orders once they have shipped. Refer to Returns for more information about sending products you've ordered back to us.
OPENED PRODUCT RETURN
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.
INCORRECT ITEM / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
RETURNS FOR ITEMS NOT PURCHASED ON LANOLIPS.CO.UK
For purchases made other than via lanolips.co.uk, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We only accept returns of products purchased through lanolips.co.uk
Accepted within 30 days, items must be unused and in original, unopened undamaged and resalable condition. Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to advise us for a return authorisation.
Once confirmed, please send back to Lanolips C/O Glorious Logistix, Parkside House, River Way, Harlow, CM20 2DW, United Kingdom.
We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
